On January 20, 2023, Ni Huping, Vice Mayor of Jiaxing City, and his delegation visited Huayou Headquarters for investigation and guidance.

Vice Mayor Ni Huping and his delegation first visited the Huayou Cobalt Research and Development Center to understand the development history, scientific and technological innovation achievements, global layout, enterprise's R&D innovation, talent training, and global market application of Huayou in detail. Chen Xuehua, Chairman of Huayou, reported on Huayou's production and operation, technological innovation and development prospects to them.

Ni Huping fully affirmed the innovative results achieved by Huayou, and expressed to provide further support to Huayou on the development of the enterprise at the fund level and provision in terms of supporting channels, business environment and fault tolerance mechanism. In addition, he pointed out that in the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), education, science and technology, and talents are detailed in self-contained chapters and arranged as a whole, highlighting the central role of innovation in the overall modernization drive, and providing important guidance for the innovative development of enterprises. It is hoped that the enterprise will adhere to the innovation-driven principle, recruit excellent talents, and continuously improve their core competitiveness.
