From 26th March to 29th March 2024, the construction activities of Guangxi regional integrity grid were carried out as scheduled. The Audit and Supervision Centre visited the bases in Guangxi region, integrated the integrity culture into the grid service management and carried out various forms of integrity culture activities.

On the morning of 26 March, the Guangxi regional integrity grid project stationing meeting was successfully carried out. XI Hong, general manager of the Audit and Supervision Centre, and leaders of each base in Guangxi region attended the meeting. At the meeting, XI Hong said that the development of integrity grid activities is an important initiative for us to further promote the construction of integrity and compliance.To speed up the company's high-quality development requires the support of the leadership and the strong participation of all colleagues.The leaders of each base have responded, said that they will focus on cadres integrity management and strengthen the grass-roots employees bottom line awareness.

On the afternoon of 26th March, Li Hua, deputy governor and director of Public Security Bureau of Bobai County , and his team visited Huayou to attend the police-enterprise seminar and to listen to the demands of enterprises. Li Hua talked about the need to strengthen the timeliness of information communication and the intelligence of case processing, and reduce the loss of the enterprise from the source. Huang Kongsen, General Manager of Guangxi Regional Management Centre, said that we would, as always, actively support and cooperate with the work of the public security department, and strive to build an win-win police-enterprise relationship, and work together to maintain an orderly environment.

In order to efficiently link business departments, further enhance the level of risk management, find and plug the loopholes, the Audit and Supervision Centre and Guangxi Huayou's base departments carried out symposiums from 27 to 29 March. All parties carried out risk assessment and business optimisation discussions on operation process, establishment and improvement of rules and regulations, project integration and coordination, and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of work through joint efforts.

From March 26 to 29, the Audit and Supervision Center carried out six integrity propaganda campaigns in each base, strengthened the education with typical real cases, enhanced the honest awareness of grass-roots employees and consolidated the value concept of integrity culture.

Huayou always insists on cooperating with partners in good faith for common development. In the afternoon of March 29, Audit and Supervision Centre conducted a seminar with 25 suppliers in Guangxi region. At the meeting, Zhao Yan, Vice Minister of the Supervision Department, carried out communication around the national anti-corruption policy, Huayou's rules and regulations, and typical cases of violation. The partners said that they would adhere to the principle of honesty, integrity and fairness, maintain a good co-operative relationship, and let the business transactions be carried out in compliance and legally under the sunshine.

So far, the construction project of integrity grid in Guangxi region has been successfully concluded. The Audit and Supervision Centre will continue to weave the integrity supervision grid, promote the construction of Huayou's characteristic integrity culture.
